Michelle Phan started from the bottom and rose to be such a success. Even 

when nobody really knew of her, her videos were so convincing and smart.

I love the work she puts into editing her videos. She even has her own

website - www.michellephan.com - which is a blog similar to this one, but

full of beauty, style, and lifestyle posts as well as tutorials. Michelle also has

a bunch of DIY (do it yourself) videos that are super easy to do. She is such an
